Who is Lucas Fluffenheimer?!

Well, we recently decided to get a dog. We kinda.... only decided so quickly because of how cute this little pup was. Even in the kennel, he was adorable! He didn't even bark. The only problem was he had a runny nose and couldn't come home right away. He is a Pek-a-poo... which sounds silly but he is a purebred mix of a Pekingese and a Poodle. We did some research on the mix. Although it may sound dumb to get a dog just because you think he is cute..I would rather get one like that instead of getting an Ok dog just because you decided you want to get one. Its kinda like he picked us!!!!!!!!

About the Pekapoo:
The Peekapoo, sometimes called a Pekeapoo, is a hybrid dog breed that originated in the United States during the 1950s. By definition, a Peekapoo is a purebred Poodle mixed with a purebred Pekingese, though it can be any combination of the two breeds. Like other designer breeds, the Peekapoo has become very popular in recent years.

Peekapoos tend to be docile and well mannered. They are very loyal and will sometimes pick one person as their favorite. They are usually well behaved around kids and other pets, making them a great family dog. When Peekapoos are trained and cared for properly, they display virtually no aggression towards strangers. Most are playful and take pleasure in performing tricks. Some can be fairly stubborn and will not always come when called. Compared to many other breeds, Peekapoos do not require a lot of exercise. However, they do enjoy a short walk every now and then.

Thank you http://www.dogs-central.com for the great info!
